	Frank Grabowski, Account Executive Frank Grabowski is a sales representative with a strong sales and business background in both the real estate industry and family owned businesses.  Frank is a lifetime resident of Burlington County, but is familiar with the entire New Jersey and Pennsylvania real estate markets.  He has been married to his wife, Rolynn for 35 years and is blessed with two children and 3 great-grandchildren.  As a dedicated sales representative, Frank thanks his current clients and looks forward to serving new clients in the future.
	Barbara Salvatore, Settlement Manager Barbara A. Salvatore has over thirty years of experience has a settlement clerk and settlement department manager.  She has conducted a vast variety of closings, both residential and commercial.  She has experience in managing a large settlement department from setup of files to post-closing and policy issuance.  During her years in the Title industry she has developed relationships with lenders, realtors, attorneys, and investors.
	Amy DiMarco, Title Clerk Amy DiMarco has been in the Title Insurance industry for eight years, with experience in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She has managed all clerical aspects of the processing function, including production of title commitments and policies, scheduling and preparing files for settlement and post-closing recording of Documents.
	John Burdey, Account Executive John Burdey comes to Universal with a strong and established sales / management background. Having worked on both sides of the business world as a company owner and an account executive for a publicly held company, John appreciates the importance of customer service and reliability. John is a graduate of Villanova University and an active member of his hometown community.
