We would like to introduce our Company, UNIVERSAL TITLE SERVICES, LLC, a full service title insurance agency licensed in both NEW JERSEY and PENNSYLVANIA. In addition, we will be expanding into the states of DELAWARE and FLORIDA, and have access to both Chicago Title Insurance and Fidelity National Title agents in all of the remaining states. This can be an advantage to both you and your client in Commercial and Residential transactions. Our staff is made up of a group of dedicated, experienced professionals that pride themselves on providing a high level of service to our clients.

Universal Title Services is equipped to accommodate all of your title needs. Our experienced staff is able to order title, surveys, mortgage payoffs, termite certifications and any other title related necessity in order to proceed to settlement in a timely and efficient manner.

Our settlement staff is very knowledgeable and has the experience to conduct both residential and large commercial transactions. Closings are held at the client’s convenience and at any location that is necessary. Settlements are held in our office, at lenders, realtors or attorneys offices. In the case of a residential refinance, we will also travel to the owner's residence at a time that is convenient for them.

In addition to the Title and Settlement services we offer, we are also equipped to handle either large or small volumes of TAX SALE and MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SEARCH WORK.
